The Executive Board of the company GlaxoSmithKline PLC announced to pay a dividend of GBp 43 per
share. According to a message of the company, GBp 20 thereof can be considered as extraordinary
dividend.
The extraordinary dividend will result in an adjustment of the Eurex option, the Eurex Single Stock Futures
contract and the Single Stock Dividend Futures contract on shares of GlaxoSmithKline PLC (GXO, GSKG,
G3SK).
Ex date will be 18 February 2016.
