ThomsonReuters Corporation: Capital Return, Share Consolidation, ISIN Change

ThomsonReuters Corporation has announced to return capital to their shareholders and to consolidate shares. Accordingly, shareholders are to receive USD 4.67 per share. The share consolidation ratio will be announced on 22 June 2023. The current underlying shares’ ISIN CA8849037095 is to change to the new ISIN CA8849038085.

The ISIN change will result in a change of the contracts reference data.
