Eurex Exchange operates in three trading phases: pre-trading, trading and post-trading. The post-trading phase is further split in several periods where different functions are available.
The pre-trading phase starts at 07:30 CET.
Exceptions: The pre-trading phase for Euro-Swap Futures starts at 07:59 CET, for EURO STOXX 50, DAX, Mini-DAX, Euro-Bund, Euro-Bobl, Euro-Schatz, Euro-Bobl and MSCI futures at 01:00 CET and for the Eurex KOSPI Product at 09:30 CET (10:30 CEST).
The clearing hours of a product start at the beginning of the Pre-Trading Period and generally end at the end of the Post-Trading Period. In deviation from such provision, the clearing hours of all products which are continuously traded until 22:00 CET end at 22:30 CET.

On each maturity/expiration day of a series (two exchange days preceding the third Wednesday of the maturity/expiry month) the Continuous Trading and Block Trading for the maturing/expiring front month contract will end at 15:00 CET.
