Dear participants,

Please be informed that the following Eurex Repo legally binding documents have been adjusted and will become effective as of December 4, 2023:

1) Basket Specifications for Repo-Transactions of Eurex Repo GmbH

• Introduction of Break Date Terms (chapters 2.3.4 and 3.3.4)
• Amendment of the description of the GC Pooling Equity Basket due to the exclusion of French equities (chapter 3.2.4)
• Introduction of a cut-off time for full or partial terminations at 13:00 CET with regards to Open Repo transactions (chapter 2.3 and 3.3). Repo rate changes are not impacted.

2) GC Pooling Basket Definition (Annex 1)

• Re-introduction of Finland as eligible issuer country in the GC Pooling ECB Basket and GC Pooling ECB EXT Basket
• Exclusion of French equities from the GC Pooling Equity Basket

From this date forth the new Basket Specifications will be published on www.eurex.com/repo-rules-regs and the new GC Pooling Basket Definition (Annex 1) will be published on GC Pooling Baskets.

Sehr geehrter Teilnehmer,

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die folgenden rechtsverbindlichen Eurex Repo Dokumente angepasst wurden und ab dem 4. Dezember 2023 in Kraft treten:

1) Basketspezifikationen für Repo-Geschäfte der Eurex Repo GmbH

• Einführung von Break-Date-Laufzeiten (Kapitel 2.3.4 und 3.3.4)
• Änderung der Beschreibung des GC Pooling Equity Basket aufgrund des Ausschlusses französischer Aktien (Kapitel 3.2.4)
• Einführung einer Cut-Off-Zeit von 13:00 Uhr MEZ für vollständige oder partielle Schließungen bei Open-Repo-Geschäften (Kapitel 2.3 und 3.3). Änderungen der Repo Rate sind davon nicht betroffen.

2) GC Pooling Basket Definition (Anlage 1)

• Wiedereinführung Finnlands als zulässiges Emittentenland im GC Pooling ECB Basket und GC Pooling ECB EXT Basket
• Ausschluss französischer Aktien aus dem GC Pooling Equity Basket

Ab diesem Datum werden die Basketspezifikationen unter www.eurex.com/repo-rules-regs und die GC Pooling Basket Definition (Anlage 1) unter GC Pooling Baskets veröffentlicht.
