Please be informed that the following Eurex Repo legally binding documents have been adjusted and will become effective as of January 2, 2024:

1) ExR Terms & Conditions (document number 604-23 (100)_h)

• Renaming of “Repo Market” and “GC Pooling Market” into segments (several chapters)
• Removal of separation between Specific and General Participation Authorization (several chapters)
• Separation of Participation Authorization and Segment Registration (chapter 2.1 & 2.2)
• Waiver of mandatory registration to the Special and GC Repo Segment (chapter 2.2)
• Brokers are subject to the same admission requirements as participants (chapter 2.4)
• Correction in eTriParty Repo Segment (chapter 3.5)
• Adaption of notice period with regards to Fee Group (chapter 6.1.1)
• Substitution of Admission Fee by Registration Fee (chapter 6.1.2)
• Adaption of transaction-based Fee for Select Finance Participants (chapter 6.1.5)
• Removal of fee waiver (editorial change - chapter 6.1.5)
• Editorial changes

2) ExR Basket Specifications (document number 603-23 (100)_h)

• Renaming of “Repo Market” and “GC Pooling Market” into segments (several chapters)

3) GC Pooling Basket Definition (Annex 1)

• Adding non-covered bonds from 7 issuers to the GC Pooling INT MXQ Basket

From this date forth the new Terms & Conditions and Basket Specifications will be published on  www.eurex.com/repo-rules-regs and the new GC Pooling Basket Definition (Annex 1) will be published on GC Pooling Baskets.

Sehr geehrter Teilnehmer,

Bitte beachten Sie, dass die folgenden rechtsverbindlichen Eurex Repo Dokumente angepasst wurden und am 2. Januar 2024 in Kraft treten:

1) ExR Geschäftsbedingungen (Dokumentnummer 604-23 (100)_h)

• Umbenennung von „Repo Markt“ und „GC Pooling Markt“ in Segmente (mehrere Kapitel)
• Aufhebung der Trennung zwischen spezieller und allgemeiner Teilnahmeberechtigung (mehrere Kapitel)
• Trennung von Teilnahmeberechtigung und Segmentregistrierung (Kapitel 2.1 & 2.2)
• Verzicht auf die Registrierungspflicht im Special- und GC Repo-Segment (Kapitel 2.2)
• Broker unterliegen den gleichen Zulassungsvoraussetzungen wie Teilnehmer (Kapitel 2.4)
• Korrektur im eTriParty Repo Segment (Kapitel 3.5)
• Anpassung der Kündigungsfrist hinsichtlich der Gebührengruppe (Kapitel 6.1.1)
• Ersetzung der Aufnahmegebühr durch die Anmeldegebühr (Kapitel 6.1.2)
• Anpassung der transaktionsbasierten Gebühr für Select Finance Teilnehmer (Kapitel 6.1.5)
• Streichung der Gebührenbefreiung (redaktionelle Änderung – Kapitel 6.1.5)
• Redaktionelle Änderungen

2) ExR Basketspezifikationen (Dokumentnummer 603-23 (100)_h)

• Umbenennung von „Repo Markt“ und „GC Pooling Markt“ in Segmente (mehrere Kapitel)

3) GC Pooling Basket Definition (Anlage 1)

• Hinzunahme von nicht gedeckter Anleihen von 7 Emittenten in den GC Pooling INT MXQ Basket

Ab diesem Datum werden die Geschäftsbedingungen und die Basketspezifikationen unter www.eurex.com/repo-rules-regs und die GC Pooling Basket Definition (Anlage 1) unter GC Pooling Baskets veröffentlicht.
