Re-introduction of Slovakia as eligible issuer country in the GC Pooling ECB Basket and GC Pooling ECB EXT Basket

Dear participants,

Please be informed that the following Eurex Repo legally binding document has been adjusted due to the re-introduction of Slovakia as eligible issuer country in the GC Pooling ECB Basket and GC Pooling ECB EXT Basket and will become effective as of March 18, 2024:

GC Pooling Basket Definition (Annex 1)

Hence, the following Slovakian government bonds will become eligible in GC Pooling:

List of eligible Slovakian government bonds

From this date forth the new GC Pooling Basket Definition (Annex 1) will be published on GC Pooling Baskets.
