Summary:

Eurex Repo confirms the migration of the following markets to the new Eurex Repo F7 trading system on Monday, 13 July 2015:

- Euro Repo
- GC Pooling, incl. GC Pooling Select Invest
- SecLend CCP

This communication outlines the steps for traders to prepare for the migration.

Market migration

The migration of the Euro Repo, GC Pooling and SecLend CCP markets is a big bang migration. There is no phase where trading would be possible in parallel on both platforms.

After the migration weekend 11/12 July, trading in these markets will only be possible on the new Eurex Repo F7 trading system. Over the weekend all trades done on the former system which are still outstanding will be migrated from the old platform to the new Eurex Repo F7 trading system.

This means that trades with a term leg date at or beyond the migration date are available on the new Eurex Repo F7 trading system for trade modification or settlement upon migration.

Pre-trade data, quotes and quotes which are put on hold will not be migrated. New quotes can be entered on the new F7 trading system from Monday, 13 July, morning 06:00 CEST onwards.

Trader Accounts for production

All trading participants will get new accounts (user IDs and passwords) for the Eurex Repo F7 trading system via e-mail. The lists with all traders' User IDs for a given participant are being sent to the central coordinator / release contacts. The account passwords will be sent to the individual traders directly.

Please note: the passwords sent out are one-time passwords and need to be changed upon the first login.

Trading migration preparation

All trading participants are strongly advised to use the time prior to 13 July to verify production connectivity and to change initial account passwords.

Beginning on Thursday, 9 July, the following actions can be performed in the production environment:

- Screen layout configuration (including custom view configuration)

- Filter settings

- Print slip configuration

The following steps can only be done after the migration weekend, from Monday, 13 July, 06:00 CEST onwards:

- Automatic completion default list configuration (in Eurex Repo F7 this has to be done only once per trading participant)

- Distribution list configuration (only relevant for buy-side participants in GC Pooling Select Invest / SecLend CCP)
