1. Introduction

In order to facilitate the finalisation of the Brexit readiness process, Eurex Clearing AG re-introduces a temporary fee waiver for on-behalf mass position transfer and collateral transfer fees according to Numbers 8.4.2 and 8.4.3 of the Price List of Eurex Clearing AG to support Brexit preparations, effective from today to 31 December 2020.

2. Required action

There are no participation requirements or required action for the fee waiver.

3. Details

The fee waiver will be available for all Clearing Members and their respective Disclosed Client Market Participants (formerly Non-Clearing Members) who use Eurex Clearing’s on-behalf services to transfer positions or collateral from an UK-based entity to an entity outside the UK, provided at least one Clearing Member involved in the transfer has been admitted since 1 September 2018.

Unless the context requires otherwise, terms used and not otherwise defined in this circular shall have the meaning ascribed to them in the Clearing Conditions or FCM Clearing Conditions of Eurex Clearing AG, as applicable.
