Information on remuneration
In 2025, Eurex Repo GmbH was classified as Class 2 investment firm.
Since 2025, Eurex Repo GmbH is subject to the Investment Firm Act (Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz, "WpIG").
The German Investment Firm Remuneration Regulation (Wertpapierinstituts-Vergütungsverordnung – "WpIVergV") will be implemented from the financial year 2026 and onwards.
The remuneration information for the respective financial year is disclosed in the "Remuneration" section of the Eurex Repo Disclosure Report.
Vergütungsinformationen
Im Jahr 2025 wurde die Eurex Repo GmbH als mittleres Wertpapierinstitut eingestuft.
Ab dem Jahr 2025 richten sich die regulatorischen Anforderungen an die Vergütungssysteme nach dem Wertpapierinstitutsgesetz (WpIG).
Die Umsetzung der Vergütungsanforderungen gemäß der Wertpapierinstituts-Vergütungsverordnung (WpIVergV) erfolgt erstmalig für das Geschäftsjahr 2026.
Die Vergütungsinformationen für das jeweilige Jahr sind im Kapitel "Vergütung" im Offenlegungsbericht Eurex Repo GmbH dargestellt.
