On May 24, 2012, the annual general meeting of the company ADVA AG Optical Networking decided to change its legal form into the legal form of Societas Europaea (SE). The change of legal form has since become effective.
Accordingly, effective July 30, 2012, the name of the Eurex option on shares of this company (ADV) has changed. Product code as well as product ISIN and ISIN of the underlying instrument will remain unchanged.
