In the context of the planned merger with Nokia Corporation, the ISIN of the company Alcatel-Lucent S.A. will change effective 22 December 2015 up to and including 30 December 2015 to an interim ISIN. As of
31 December 2015, the Alcatel-Lucent S.A. share will be traded again under the original ISIN.
Accordingly, effective 22 December 2015 up to and including 30 December 2015, also the ISIN of the Eurex option and the ISIN of Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on shares of Alcatel-Lucent S.A. will change as specified in this circular.
