Due to the introduction of a new holding structure, BKW AG has made a public exchange offer for all registered shares of BKW FMB Energie AG. Exchange ratio is 1:1.
The offering period will end on November 14, 2011, subject to an extension.
The new BKW AG shares are expected to be traded at SIX Swiss Exchange as of December 12, 2011.
In this circular, we would like to inform you about the impact this potential transaction will have on the existing Eurex option on shares of BKW FMB Energie AG (BKWN).
