On 9 June 2015, the company Baxter International Inc. provided details about the announced spin-off of Baxalta Inc.
Shareholders of Baxter International Inc. shall receive one Baxalta Inc. share for each Baxter International Inc. share they hold. The spin-off will become effective on 1 July 2015.
