Upon registry in the commercial register on October 8, 2010, Bilfinger Berger SE concluded the change of its legal form into a European stock corporation.
Accordingly, effective October 13, 2010, the name of the Eurex options and the Eurex stock futures contract on this company (GBF / GBFG) will change. Product codes as well as roduct ISIN and the ISIN of the underlying instruments remain unchanged.
