On 15 November 2013, the Executive Board of the company CANCOM SEdecided, amongst other things, a capital increase observing the subscription right of the CANCOM SEshareholders. Subscription price for the new shares will be EUR 23.00, subscription ratio will be 5:1.
As a consequence of the capital increase, adjustment of the Eurex options on shares of CANCOM SE (COK) will become necessary.
Ex date will be 20 November 2013.
