Commerzbank AG: Capital increase

On 14 May 2013, the Executive Board of Commerzbank AG has set, with approval of the Supervisory Board, the conditions for the capital increase decided by the company’s annual general meeting on 19 April 2013. Subscription price for the new shares will be EUR 4.50, subscription ratio will be 21:20. The subscription period will start on 15 May 2013.

As a consequence of the capital increase, adjustment of the Eurex options (CBK, CBKE) and the Eurex stock futures contract (CBKG) on shares of Commerzbank AGwill become necessary.

Ex date will be 15 May 2013.
