Due to the increase of reports and in anticipation of the T7 cash market migration, Deutsche Börse is upgrading the Common Report Engine (CRE) infrastructure. A new load balancer for Participants using leased line connectivity will be introduced.
The new clustered load balancer will provide convenient access to the least utilised node.
Participants will receive the server key/fingerprint (see attachments) for the communication via the CRE servers connected to the load balancer. The existing IP addresses will not change.
The server key which is currently in use will NOT be valid after the activation of the new load balancer.
The installation of the new load balancer is planned in two steps:
The time for the changes will always be 16:00 CET.
We strongly recommend our Participants to integrate this new server key within their local CRE programming environments shortly before the changes are implemented.
Internet connections to the CRE will not be changed and may therefore also be used as a backup solution in case of problems.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
