Credit Suisse Group AG: Issue of Subscription Rights

On July 18, 2012, Credit Suisse Group AG announced the issue of Subordinated Mandatory and Contingent Convertible Securities (“MACCS”). Aside from the issue to strategic investors, the shareholders of Credit Suisse Group AG will receive the MACCS by way of a preferential subscription rights offering. As a consequence of the issue of subscription rights, adjustment to the Eurex options (CSGN), the Eurex stock futures contract (CSGG) and the Eurex stock dividend futures contract (C2SG) on shares of Credit Suisse Group AG will become necessary, provided the subscription rights have a positive value after the close of trading on the last cum trading day.

Ex date will be July 20, 2012.
