On 30 March 2015, DMG MORI SEIKI Co. Ltd. published the result of its takeover offer to the shareholders of DMG MORI SEIKI AG.
This circular describes the further course of action regarding the existing Eurex options (GLD) and the existing Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (GLDF) on shares of DMG MORI SEIKI AG.
