On 14 June 2015, the company Deutsche Annington SE announced the details of its capital increase with prorata subscription rights for Deutsche Annington SE shareholders. The subscription ratio will be 10:3, subscription price of the new shares will be EUR 20.90.
The transaction will result in an adjustment of the Eurex options (ANN, GFJ) and the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (ANNF) on shares of Deutsche Annington Immobilien SE.
Ex date will be 17 June 2015.
