As of 13 March 2017, Eurex Participants and investors domiciled in the U.S. will have the following additional product available for trading:

  • EURO STOXX 50® Index Total Return Futures (TESX)

The Division of Market Oversight of the Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) approved the certification request by Eurex Deutschland for its EURO STOXX 50® Index Total Return Futures (TESX).

Pursuant to Eurex Deutschland’s registration with the CFTC as a foreign board of trade, EURO STOXX 50® Index Total Return Futures can be offered to U.S. persons via Eurex terminals with direct access in the U.S. or sold to these persons.

The respective new Product Assignment Group is XACFQE (before: XNCFQE).
