Eurex Circular 040/23 Equity Index Derivatives: Cancellation of admission to trading for Futures on iSTOXX® Europe Factor Indices

1.   Introduction

The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland took the following decision with effect from 26 June 2023:

  • Cancellation of admission to trading for Futures on iSTOXX® Europe Factor Indices, pursuant to Part 1 Subpart 1.3 of the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland (Attachment 1)

This circular contains all information on the cancellation of admission to trading for the products and the updated sections of the relevant Rules and Regulations of Eurex Deutschland.

2.   Required action

There is no action required.

3.   Details of the initiative

Please see Attachment 1 for an overview of the products to be terminated.

Accordingly, the "Product Specific Supplement (PSS) 7 for futures contracts on iSTOXX® Europe Factor indices" will no longer be offered with effect from 26 June 2023.

As of 26 June 2023, the full version of the updated Contract Specifications will be published on the Eurex website www.eurex.com under:

Rules & Regs > Eurex Rules & Regulations > 03. Contract Specifications
