Eurex/EEX Cooperation

Availability of the EU Aviation Allowances Futures and Emission Reduction Units Futures, Introduction of new Market-Making Scheme and Market Message Service for the EEX Emission Market

Eurex Frankfurt AG (Eurex) and the European Energy Exchange AG (EEX) will extend the product scope within their existing cooperation.

Effective April 30, 2012, Eurex will extend the cooperation in emission futures traded at EEX by futures on EU Aviation Allowances (FEAA) and Emission Reduction Units (FERU).

Furthermore we would like to inform you about the introduction of a new Market-Making Scheme for the Emission Markets as well as a Market Message Service.

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message.
