Eurex Exchange’s Technology Roadmap: Decommissioning of legacy interfaces

1. Decommissioning of legacy interfaces

The decommissioning of Eurex’s legacy interfaces will take place, as planned, on 31 December 2013 in both production and simulation.

Participants who still use the affected interfaces are kindly asked to cancel them via the application “Requests & Configuration”which is available in the Member Section on the Eurex website.

2. Adjustments in the Price Lists to the Connection Agreements of the Eurex Exchanges

Some adjustmentshave been made to further streamline the Price Lists to the Connection Agreement and the Provider Connection Agreement.

In order to reflect the changes under points 1. and 2., the Price Lists and General Terms and Conditions of the Connection Agreement and the Provider Connection Agreement have been amended.
The changes will come into effect on 1 February 2014.

Market Status

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.

Detailed information about incident communication, market re-opening procedures and best practices for order and trade reconciliation can be found in the chapters 4.2, 4.3 and 4.5, respectively. Concrete information for the respective incident will be published during the incident via newsboard message. 

We strongly recommend not to take any decisions based on the indications in the market status window but to always check the production news board for comprehensive information on an incident.
