Eurex Release 14.0: FIXML Clearing API Introduction Timeline

As part of the new features to be introduced with Eurex Release 14.0 on November 7, 2011, Eurex Clearing will introduce the FIXML Clearing API as a new optional clearing interface. The FIXML Clearing API supports the FIXML industry standard.
The implementation of the new Clearing API interface uses an incremental development methodology. This new incremental development methodology allows earlier delivery of the new features to Members, independent from releases. As a result, the individual features will be released to Members over an extended period of time. The planned introduction dates for the new features in the Eurex Release 14.0 simulation are as follows:
· Mid-October 2011 (calendar week 42): Trade Capture Reports for Trade Matches (except
  for Flexible Trade functionality)
· End of November 2011 (calendar week 47): Trade Adjustments, i.e. Trade Separation,
Open/Close Adjustment, Trade Account Transfer, Text Adjustment, Historical Trade
  Transfer
· Beginning of January 2012 (calendar week 2): Give-Up/Take-Up
· Beginning of February 2012 (calendar week 6): OTC Block Trade Functionality and
Trade Capture Reports for Flexible Trade Entry, Modify & Delete
Following the provision of the individual features in simulation, we are currently planning to provide each new feature in the production environment three weeks after the introduction in simulation. Detailed information concerning the exact introduction dates will be provided in advance in separate Eurex circulars.
