The Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG has decided to introduce an onboarding programme supporting Members of Eurex in developing Eurex product and derivatives trading expertise of young talents, as admitted Eurex Traders or via Order-Routing, and successfully educating these talents in the usage of Eurex products.
For this purpose, Eurex Frankfurt enters into a cooperation agreement with those qualifying Member firms who submit the best proposals to achieve the defined goals. The contractual agreement and financial support is limited to a timeframe of two years and will be offered to a maximum of two Member firms. For this timeframe, the Eurex Member needs to commit to a minimum number of persons that are recruited and successfully trained as well as a minimum number of contracts traded by these new traders in Eurex products. In return and conditional to the achievement of pre-agreed milestones, Eurex will grant the Member a fixed funding to set up the initiative.
Persons to be recruited and trained within the framework of the cooperation may not have already been active as professional traders on the Eurex market or on any other derivatives market.
