The Management Board of Eurex Deutschland and the Executive Board of Eurex Zürich AG decided to extend the Market-Making scheme in Weekly Options on the DAX® and EURO STOXX 50® with slight changes from 1 January 2015 until 31 December 2015.
The only change compared to the current scheme is that there will be two alternative quotation requirements, respectively. The first alternative is to fulfil the previous quotation requirements. The second alternative is to fulfil requirements according to the quotation parameters of the standard option. Both alternatives qualify equally for Market-Making rebates and revenue sharing of 15 percent, distributed between at most five Market Makers.
An application for Market-Making in Weekly Options is not necessary.
