Due to the merger of Fiat Industrial SpA with CNH Global N.V. into the new company CNH Industrial N.V., shareholders of Fiat Industrial SpA will receive shares of the new company at a ratio of 1:1. For further information regarding this transaction, please refer to the website of the company at www.fiatindustrial.com.
Due to the merger, also the name of the company and the ISIN will change. Ex date of the conversion and date of the name and ISIN change will be 30 September 2013.
The underlying instrument of the Eurex options and the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on Fiat Industrial SpA will be replaced by the new company CNH Industrial N.V.
Accordingly, also effective 30 September 2013, the name, product ISIN and the ISIN of the underlying instrument of the Eurex option (FIM) as well as the name and the ISIN of the underlying instrument of the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (FIMF) on shares of this company will change. The product code and product ISIN of the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract will remain unchanged.
