Please note the following information on the merger of IMMOEAST AG with IMMOFINANZ AG: The merger date of the substitution of the shares will be April 29, 2010.
Accordingly, the adjustment of the Eurex options and Eurex stock futures contract on shares of IMMOEAST AG (IEA/I4MF) will take place on April 28, 2010 after close of trading, effective April 29, 2010.
