On July 16, 2009, the company Infineon AG announced a capital increase with subscription rights for the shareholders of Infineon AG at a subscription ratio of 9:4 and a subscription price of EUR 2.15. Subscription period will start on July 20, 2009.
As a consequence of the capital increase, an adjustment to the Eurex contracts on Infineon AG (IFX / IFXF) will become necessary.
Ex date will be July 20, 2009.
This circular contains a description of the adjustment procedure.
