This circular provides information with respect to the amended section of the Conditions for Utilization of the Eurex Trade Entry Services (General Conditions for Participation), as decided by the Executive Board of Eurex Clearing AG, which came into effect on 3 August 2015. This section refers to the fine regime for violations of a timely trade entry (see Eurex Clearing circular 074/15 in the attachment).
Furthermore, this circular introduces recent amendments to the General Conditions for Participation with respect to the trade entry and approval periods of Off-Book Trades, where the initiating participant and the accepting participant are the same.
In addition, it provides clarifications on the following aspects of the fine regime for violations of timely trade entry:

The market status window is an indication regarding the current technical availability of the trading system. It indicates whether news board messages regarding current technical issues of the trading system have been published or will be published shortly.
