Eurex Clearing

Introduction of Net Omnibus Clearing Model

Starting 14 January 2013, Eurex Clearing will offer the Net Omnibus Clearing Model in addition to its existing (Individual and Elementary) Clearing Models. The model offers segregation of customer positions and margin on an omnibus basis and is available for Eurex Transactions (Chapter II of the Clearing Conditions for Eurex Clearing AG (Clearing Conditions)) and Transactions in EEX cooperation products (Chapter VII of the Clearing Conditions). The model allows Clearing Members (CMs) located in the United Kingdom (UK) to apply the UK CASS rules in relation to their customers or Non-Clearing Members (NCMs).
