Introduction of public area in the Common Report Engine

Starting 3 September, 2012, participants will be able to access a new public area in the Common Report Engine where non-transactional and non-participant specific reports and files will be published.

Therefore, a new virtual participant directory “PUBLI” has been created on the Common Report Engine. Participants can browse the virtual participant directory “PUBLI” using the same authorisation mechanisms to access non-transactional and non-participant-specific reports and files. To access the public area, participants must use port 2221 instead of port 2222.

The reports and files mentioned in this circular will be available exclusively in the public area of the Common Report Enginestarting 3 September 2012. Remaining non-transactional and non-participant-specific files and reports will be made available in the new public area at a later date. Eurex Group will inform its participants when these reports and files will be available in the new public area. For a transitional period the remaining non-transactional and non-participant-specific files and reports will continue to be provided in the participant-specific directories. Parallel provision of these public reports in the participant-specific directories and the public area will be discontinued in the future.

Please note: The report and file distribution will be done exclusively via the Common Report Engine for Eurex Release 14.0 simulation from 5 September 2012 and Eurex Release 14.0 production from 5 November 2012.
