K+S AG: ISIN Change

On May 11, 2011, the annual general meeting of K+S AG passed the decision amongst other things to convert no-par value bearer shares into no-par value registered shares at a ratio of 1:1 and to adjust the company statutes accordingly. Conversion on instrument level will take place with effect from August 8, 2011. Therefore, the ISIN of K+S AG shares will change with effect from August 8, 2011.

As a result, also the ISIN of the underlying instrument and the product ISIN of the Eurex options on K+S AG (SDF) and the ISIN of the underlying instrument of the Eurex stock futures contract on K+S AG (SDXH) will change with effect from August 8, 2011. Product codes and the product ISIN of the Eurex stock futures contract on K+S AG will remain unchanged.
