On September 4, 2009, the Management Board of Klöckner & Co SE has, with the consent of the Supervisory Board, decided today to carry out a capital increase from authorized capital. Subscription ratio will be 7:3 and the subscription price of the new shares EUR 10.00. Subscription period will start on September 8, 2009.
As a consequence of the capital increase, an adjustment to Eurex options on shares of Klöckner & Co SE (KCO) and of the Eurex stock futures contract on Klöckner & Co SE (KCOF) will become necessary.
Ex date will be September 8, 2009.
