On April 28, 2011, the company Kuoni Reisen Holding AG has announced the detailed conditions of the capital increase with subscription rights for the shareholders of Kuoni Reisen Holding AG decided by the annual general meeting on April 20, 2011. Subscription price of the new shares will be CHF 270.00, subscription ratio will be 16:5. Subscription period will start on May 2, 2011.
As a consequence of the capital increase, an adjustment to the Eurex options on shares of Kuoni Reisen Holding AG (KUNN) will become necessary.
Ex date will be May 2, 2011.
This circular contains a description of the adjustment procedure.
