On April 3, 2009, the annual general meeting of the company MAN AG decided to change the legal form of MAN AG into the legal form of Societas Europaea (SE).
Upon entry of the change of legal form into the commercial register on May 19, 2009, the change of legal form became effective.
Accordingly, the names of the Eurex options and the Eurex stock futures contract on MAN AG – ordinary shares (MAN/MANG) and of the Eurex stock futures contract on MAN AG – preference shares (MA3F) will change with effect from May 27, 2009.
The corresponding product codes, product ISINs and the ISINs of the underlying instrument will remain unchanged.
