On 29 April 2013, the annual general meeting of the company National Bank of Greece SA decided a consolidation of shares at the ratio of 1:10 as well as a capital increase of 2.2253392 new shares for one old share at a subscription price of EUR 4.29.
Ex date will be 30 May 2013.
As there is no open interest in the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on shares of National Bank of Greece SA (NAGF), no adjustment will be made.
Only an ISIN change will be made as described below.
Due to the ISIN change of the National Bank of Greece SA share, the ISIN of the underlying instrument of the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on National Bank of Greece SA (NAGF) will change effective 30 May 2013. Product code and product ISIN will remain unchanged.
Please note: As the share is currently suspended from trading on the home market, trading in this Single Stock Futures contract is suspended from 24 May until 29 May 2013 including, as already announced today via the Eurex Newsboard.
