The annual general meeting of the company Nobel Biocare Holding AG also allowed the conversion of bearer shares to registered shares. The first trading day of the registered shares will be April 3, 2008. Due to the conversion, the ISIN of Nobel Biocare Holding AG will change. Consequently, effective April 3, 2008, the ISIN of the underlying and the product ISIN of the Eurex options on Nobel Biocare Holding AG (NOBE) and the underlying ISIN of the Eurex stock futures contract on Nobel Biocare Holding AG (NOBG/NOBH) will change as well. The respective product codes and the product ISIN of the Eurex stock futures contracts on Nobel Biocare Holding AG will remain unchanged.
