On 20 November 2014, Danaher Corporation announced the definite interim result of the public takeover offer to the shareholders of Nobel Biocare Holding AG. According to the announcement, Danaher Corporation’s participation at the end of the offer period corresponds to 78.52 percent. Subject to the satisfaction of some conditions not yet fulfilled, Danaher Corporation declared the offer successful. The additional acceptance period ends on 4 December 2014. Subject to the satisfaction of all conditions, settlement of the transaction is expected to occur on 11 December 2014.
On the basis of this information, trading in Eurex options and Eurex Single Stock Futures contracts on shares of Nobel Biocare Holding AG (NOBE, NOBH) will cease on 4 December 2014. Exercises in the option will be possible on 3 December 2014 for the last time. Settlement of open interest available on 4 December 2014 will take place on the day Danaher Corporation declares satisfaction of all conditions of the offer. In parallel, settlement prices will be published in a Eurex circular.
