On 10 March 2015, the company SHV Holdings N.V. declared per press release the takeover offer to the shareholders of Nutreco N.V. as having taken place irrevocably.
Accordingly, as described in Eurex circular 223/14 and pursuant to the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich, number 2.6.10 (7), open interest in the series for the Eurex option on shares of Nutreco N.V. will be settled at theoretical fair value. Basis for deter-mination of the fair value is the final offer price of EUR 45.25. Trading in options contracts on shares of Nutreco (NU3) was suspended effective 11 March 2015. Settlement of the options contracts will take place effective 12 March 2015.
On 11 March 2015, all Participants with open interest on options will receive a fax containing an overview of their individual open interest. Booking of the cash value will be done on 11 March 2015 with value date 12 March 2015. In the end-of-day batch processing of 12 March 2015, the positions will be booked out effective 13 March 2015.
