Petroplus Holdings AG: insolvency proceedings

On January 24, 2012, the Board of Directors of Petroplus Holdings AG resolved to prepare for a filing for insolvency. For further details please refer to the website of the company which can be accessed under the following link: www.petroplusholdings.com.

Therefore, the Management Boards of the Eurex Exchanges have decided the following:

Trading in Eurex options and in the Eurex stock futures contract on Petroplus Holdings AG shares (PPHN/PPHG) will be maintained without change until further notice.

As of January 26, 2012, no more new options series and expiration dates will be introduced in the affected products.

If there is no more open interest in the Eurex options and in the Eurex stock futures contract on Petroplus Holdings AG (PPHN/PPHG), trading in these products will be set on “HALT” and finally discontinued.
