As already communicated in Eurex circular 078/14, the extraordinary general meeting of the company Peugeot SA on 25 April 2014 is planning to decide a capital increase. Subscription price for the new shares has been determined to be EUR 6.77. Subscription ratio and due date of the capital increase are yet to be determined. They will be published as Market Supervision Newsboard Message after announcement by the company Peugeot SA.

As a consequence of the capital increase, adjustment of the Eurex options basket (PEEB) and the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (PEUG) on shares of Peugeot SA will become necessary.
According to the company’s announcement, the due date of the capital increase shall be shortly after the issue of warrants on Peugeot SA (ex-date: 29 April 2014, see Eurex circular 078/14).
