On 29 November 2012, the company Praktiker AG announced the details of its capital increase. Subscription ratio will be 20:19, subscription price for the new shares will be EUR 1.08.
As a consequence of the capital increase, an adjustment to the Eurex options and the Eurex stock futures contract on shares of Praktiker AG (PRA, PRAF) will become necessary.
Ex date will be 30 November 2012.
This circular contains a description of the adjustment procedure.
