On 21 May 2014, the annual general meeting of the company SAP AG decided to change the legal form of SAP AG to the European legal form of Societas Europaea (SE).
Upon entry of the change of legal form in the commercial register, the change legally came into effect.
Accordingly, effective 8 July 2014, the names of the Eurex options (SAP, SAPE), the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (SAPI) and the Eurex Single Stock Dividend Futures contracts on shares of this company (S2AP, S3AP) will change.
The product codes as well as product ISINs and the ISINs of the underlying instrument will remain unchanged.
