SEGRO PLC: Share Consolidation

In their session on July 28, 2009, the annual general meeting of the company SEGRO PLC decided on a share consolidation at the ratio of 1:10. Accordingly, SEGRO PLC shareholders will receive one new SEGRO PLC share for each ten SEGRO PLC shares they hold. Also, the ISIN will change.
Ex date of the share consolidation and date of the ISIN change will be July 31, 2009.
Due to the ISIN change of the SEGRO PLC share, the ISIN of the underlying instrument of the Eurex stock futures contract on SEGRO PLC (SGRF) will also change with effect from July 31, 2009. Product code and product ISIN will remain unaffected.

The updated Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich will be published on the Eurex website as of the ex date under the path:

Presently, there is no open interest. Please note that an adjustment of the Eurex stock futures contract on SEGRO PLC (SGRF) due to the share consolidation will only take place if there is open interest on July 30, 2009 at the end of trading. The ISIN will change in any case.
