On 19 June 2014, the annual general meeting of the company Schneider Electric S.A. decided to change the legal form of Schneider Electric S.A. to Societas Europaea (SE).
With the entry of the change of legal form in the French Trade & Companies Register, the change legally came into effect.
Accordingly, effective 24 June 2014, the names of the Eurex options (SND), the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract (SNDH) and the Eurex Dividend Futures contracts on shares of this company (S2ND, S3ND) will change.
The product codes as well as product ISINs and the ISINs of the underlyings will remain unchanged:
