On 20 June 2013, the annual general meeting of the company Sixt AG decided to change the legal form of Sixt AG to the European legal form of Societas Europaea (SE).
Upon entry of the change of legal form in the commercial register of the local court of Munich, the change legally came into effect.
Accordingly, effective 9 August 2013, the names of the Eurex option and the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on shares of this company (SIX2, SIXF) will change.
The product codes as well as product ISINs and the ISIN of the underlying instrument will remain unchanged:
