1. Introduction
Effective from 1 April 2023 until 31 December 2023, Eurex Frankfurt AG will waive the fees for Standard and Qualified Third-Party Information Providers as further detailed below.

There is no required action for the participants.
3. Details
To support the Standard and Qualified Third-Party Information Providers, Eurex Frankfurt AG declares a fee waiver for Standard and Qualified Third-Party Information Providers, pursuant to Number 3 of the Price List to the Connection Agreement, Provider Connection Agreement and STPIP and QTPIP Connection Agreement. This fee waiver is limited in time from 1 April 2023 until 31 December 2023.
The Executive Board of Eurex Frankfurt AG reserves the right to cancel or adjust this fee waiver at any time with one month's notice.
