Telekom Austria AG: Termination of trading, final settlement prices

On 14 July 2014, the company América Móvil announced the result of the takeover submitted by its subsidiary Carso Telecom B.V. to the shareholders of Telekom Austria AG.

Accordingly and pursuant to numbers 1.6.7 (7) and 2.6.10 (7) of the Contract Specifications for Futures Contracts and Options Contracts at Eurex Deutschland and Eurex Zürich, existing positions in the series for the Eurex options and the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on shares of Telekom Austria AG (TK1, TA1F), as already described in Eurex circular 146/14, will be settled at the theoretical fair value. Basis for determination of the fair value will be the final offer price of EUR 7.15.

Trading in options and in the Eurex Single Stock Futures contract on shares of Telekom Austria AG (TK1, TA1F) will be terminated effective immediately.

Settlement of the options and futures contracts will be done effective 16 July 2014.
